IT Support

$15-$18 per hour

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

South McAllen

Objective:

Provide support and maintenance of the local area network, uphold the security and integrity of the network and systems. In addition to perform required IT maintenance and upgrades, and maintain proper backup for supported systems.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting Local Area Networks (LAN's) and associated equipment
  • PC/Server hardware and software experience (Microsoft Server, Microsoft Office)
  • Provide hardware, software, and network support
  • Communicate effectively
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual

Experience:

Associates or 2 year College Training/Certification and at least 2 year's experience in IT or related field

Responsibilities:
  • Primary IT support resource for PC and servers
  • Provide proper maintenance and support to the Local Area Network (LAN's)
  • Analyze system issues and provide solutions
  • Daily operations of computer systems including system administration, security, process adherence and documentation equipment installation and system backups
  • Installation and maintenance of equipment, application and o/s upgrades, patches, new releases and interfaces
  • Review system reports and correct errors
  • Reconfigure PC's to meet company needs and/or standards
  • Configure and setup email accounts.
  • Install network printers
