Location: Plano, TX with travel to locations in Allen and Frisco.

Job Summary: This is an in-person IT Support role managing small projects within hospital settings in Plano, Allen, and Frisco. Mobile Device Management – including iPads & iPhones used by clinical staff. These need periodic updates & fixes. Familiarity with AirWatch platform is helpful.

Qualifications:
  • Medical Application Support experience is preferred – this person will support three applications used at these facilities and other facilities. That support includes:
    • User Access
    • Password Resets
    • Vendor Updates
    • End User Support
    • Vendor Meetings
    • Assemble project plans, manage projects from medium to high complexity, manage scope and risk, track key project milestones.
  • Experience with the following applications is a HUGE plus:
    • Trauma Collector/ESO – is data abstraction software used by Trauma Clinicians to report Trauma data to the State of Texas. This is a state regulatory requirement for facilities with a Trauma level designation.
    • Vyaire RKP (Respiratory Knowledge Portal)
    • Vyaire Pulmonary Function

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management – including iPads & iPhones used by clinical staff. These need periodic updates & fixes. Familiarity with AirWatch platform is helpful.
