Great opportunity with this growing organization in the healthcare field with more than 800 facilities in 40 states supporting end users to ensure hardware and software applications are performing optimally, allowing company and personnel to operate at peak efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, evaluate, prioritize incidents and provide first level support for internal and remote users experiencing hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues.
  • Query users to collect information about the problem and lead users through basic diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve the issue.
  • Accurately record detailed information on all help desk issues and monitor progress of incidents utilizing a helpdesk system.
  • Provide assistance in support of all end-user systems including installations, maintenance, email and desktop application configuration, and all other functions pertaining to end-user systems.
  • Train and assist users with software and hardware inquiries.
  • Perform day-to-day IT functions including adding users, establish access privileges, configure email accounts, build PCs and laptops, setup Smartphones, install and support printers, and monitor/tune desktop equipment.
  • Work in conjunction with the IT staff and management to ensure optimum performance of desktops, laptops, and applications.

BACKGROUND
  • Solid Help Desk, Desktop Support experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Experience with Ticketing System (Ivanti a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Help Desk, Desktop Support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP network concepts and network troubleshooting
  • Industry Certifications (Preferred)
