Essential Duties: This position will involve the following, but not limited to:• Onboarding/offboarding users.• Vetting access requests.• Instructing end users on portal functionality.• Managing user permissions.• Developing user guidance documentation.• Responding to inquiries and emails about the portal.• Assisting other team members with operational duties.• Troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues.Skills : CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.Years Required/Preferred Experience4 Required Experience in a technical help desk support role.2 Required Experience with user access management1 Required Experience with Archer Integrated Risk Management2 Preferred Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures and User Guidance2 Preferred Working in an external support/customer-facing role2 Preferred Experience administration of Salesforce
