- Travel: Occasionally to other US offices (e.g., location moves or events)
- Salaried & Full-time position (40 hours exempt)
- Mon - Thu: 7:30am - 5:30pm / Fri: 8am - 12pm
- New user and leaver equipment set-ups and licensing
- Ordering equipment from vendors and keeping detailed inventory
- Issuing & Managing company devices (laptops & cell phones)
- End user support for hardware, systems, and applications via a ticket management system
- Escalating where necessary and liaising with third parties to achieve timely resolutions
- Proactively identifying and communicating trends, and where technical improvements can be made and work with stakeholder to deliver on projects
- Analysing data and provide reports to aid managers with improving overall usage of tools / systems
- Providing technical support and management for office moves, upgrades, and events that we host.
- 2+ years' in related position, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PC hardware and software configuration
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving IT support issues
- Knowledge of networks and network configuration (switches & firewalls)
- Attention for detail writing, following, and updating documentation
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Valid US Driving License and ability to travel (with advance noticed)
- Microsoft O365 / Office 365
- MS Windows 10 / Microsoft Windows 11
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune & MDM
- Ticket Management Systems (we use ConnectWise Streamline)
- Networking (switch and firewall set-up, configuration & management)
- Telephony (any web-based phone systems welcomed)
- Multi-site / multiuser management
- Wireless Access Management
- Base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus opportunities
