Position: Java Developer (Remote for now) Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6+ Months Those who authorized to work for any employer without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply Main Skills: Java, AWS, Spring boot, API Development Description: This is within Financial Services in the Dealer space. This is an internal app used by relationship managers used for underwriting. They are transitioning from kafka streams to spring boot/API based internal platforms for streaming. What is the Role: Years of Exp: 8-10 . Just need to be rock solid in API development. This is a back-end java developer. Need someone strong in spring boot. They will primarily be working on this migration. This is also a cloud based team so need to be strong in AWS. Should understand pipelines (Jenkins). For AWS they would like to see ECS and EC2. There are no UI components for this team. Just back end. Kafka experience is not needed but could help them understand how legacy streams are set up. This person will be creating APIs from scratch. They are creating 8 or 9 new components for their consumers.
