Java Full Stack Developer

Trident Consulting is seeking a

• Senior developer with 8+ years of experience developing, enhancing and maintaining Java applications.
• Should possess excellent communication and coordination skills to work with the clients and offshore team.
• As part of maintenance, involve in production issues and drive to resolution.
• Flexible with work timings.
• Understanding of web scale architecture, resilience design, application migration design for native cloud across multiple apps.
• Ability to lead, mentor and guide a team of Software Engineers to deliver high quality project deliverables and user experience WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines, security, quality and performance guidelines.
• Understanding of the Agile principles and expertise in one or more variants of agile like XP, TDD, Scrum, Pair programming, Lean startup, Pod Model , MVP, OneAgile, SAFe
• Strong hold on ITIL concepts, SLA targets and applications and services in scope including security requirements and compliance needs.
• Responsible for liaising between project teams across locations and the Customer Service Management
• Participate and provide inputs for release planning
• Act as the Cognizant Delivery team point of contact for the portfolio
• Participate in requirement gathering JAD sessions and support documentation where applicable (business, functional, UI, usability, data, compliance, data migration, NFR, 3rd party tools & products);
• Raise clarifications with customer / onsite to eliminate any ambiguity on the scope of work assigned from the Client / Project Co-coordinator; track to closure any open clarifications with customer / onsite; understand and translate requirements into design
