- Overall IT experience of 8+ years and extensive experience in handling complex projects in Micro services,
- Good leadership skills and proficiency in Java / Web based development technologies
- Good analytical skills, ability to lead projects independently
- Must have experience in Java / Python programming.
- Expertise in Agile development methodology
- Strong knowledge in Design patterns, Security, Performance tuning
- Must have experience in building web application using spring boot ( Java ) or Python flask or similar stack.
- Experience in API Design, security, Micro service Architecture
- Experience of Jenkins, CICD pipeline, Logging framework, Splunk, ELK stack is good to have
- Knowledge and experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Openshift, Docker Containers)
- Knowledge in distributed in-memory systems such as Redis, MemCache, Gemfire
- Exposure to Python if the candidate is completely Java background
