Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a JAVA Software Developer (with angular, and spring boot) for an opportunity with a client located in Dallas, TX. (remote until after Covid-19 sometime in 2022) with some possibility of 100% remote. Our client is looking for someone to work on a project for 10 months + (project extensions possible).

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Responsible for contributing to application development by delivering upon business requirements defined in assigned work while utilizing both Angular UI and Spring Boot frameworks
  • Working knowledge of AGILE delivery method and be able to work as part of a Scrum team while participating in Daily stand-ups, Internal Grooming, and Product Grooming sessions
  • Possess above average knowledge in developing and integrating both UI and Server Side components within application utilizing a common Service layer

Day to Day Operations:

  • Participating in Software Development activities as an individual contributor
  • Work on two projects 1) Ops risk platform monitoring solution or 2) Ops risk platform independent operational risk assessment

Years of Experience Required:

  • 6+ Years Software Development Experience
  • 5+ Years of JAVA
  • 3+ Years Spring Boot/Spring Framework Experience
  • 2+ Years Angular
  • 2+ UI Development Experience (plus will do some back end work)
  • 3+ Years RESTful or Micro Service Development Experience
  • 2+ Years JPA/Hibernate Experience
