Role : JDA WMS Lead Consultant Location : Dallas, TX – 75247Duration : 12 Months
Job Details:- Must have 8+ years of experience in multiple JDA/RP/BY WMS versions (working knowledge of BY WMS version 2020 preferrable)
- Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
- Should provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical Incidents and Issues.
- Should have experience working in and leading support projects, ensuring ticket resolution/tracking within the defined SLA
- Assist in Major Incident Management (handling Priority tickets).
- Good communication skills to coordinate with client, team members and partner applications.
- Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files
- Work on continuous service improvements and automations
- Knowledge on cloud platforms and work experience on Cloud environments is an added advantage
