Job Description:This is an exciting contract opportunity for a .NET desktop developer to join a front-office team supporting pre-trade analytics applications. You will be engaged in all phases of software development, including design, implementation, testing and release.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in C# .NET Windows development
  • 5+ years’ experience in UI development (Winforms a plus)
  • Familiarity with SQL/PL-SQL
  • Experience with stored procedures
  • Ability to navigate custom business workflows and modernize DevOps processes
  • A strong customer focus and a willingness to own the end-to-end delivery of business value
  • Ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated, inquisitive and methodical style of problem-solving
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks to support the traders and other business users
  • Good understanding of data structures, design patterns and algorithms
  • Agile methodology and practices
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

It will be additionally helpful if you have the following skills/experience:
  • Financial trading systems
  • Winforms / ASP.NET / VBA
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, PostgreSQL, Redshift)
