Junior Business Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Junior Business Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Technology Services clients in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities :

• Business Analysts manage and interpret data to help drive sound business decisions in their respective functional area.
• Reviews delivered reports for data accuracy.
• Escalates root quality issues.
• Familiarizes themselves with assigned systems.
• Designs basic reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications gathered through meeting with more senior analysts / supervisor and business stakeholders.
• Shadows senior analysts / supervisor to learn data interpretation methodologies.
• Meets with business stakeholders to develop basic business acumen in assigned functional area(s).

• Bachelor's degree. Minimum 0-3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphs, Analytics
• Ability to comprehend complex inventory reports.
• Solid recommendation and decision making ability based on data.
• Cross Functional team experience required.
• Solid communication skills.
• Candidate must be able to communicate with all levels of management including 3rd party provider.
• Experience will be considered in lieu of Degree.

• Oracle ERP knowledge experience with managing accounting, project management, operations, supply chain management in the System.
