Assisting in the development and customization of Appian applications.

Writing basic expressions, rules, and configurations within the Appian platform.

Learning and understanding Appian development best practices and tools.

Participating in code reviews and learning from feedback.

Completing assigned tasks and projects with supervision.

Continuously improving knowledge of Appian platform features and capabilities.

Bachelor's degree required

Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

Ability to work independently, under general guidance

Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion

Experience working in a team environment

Professional oral and written communication skills

Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Travel up to 20 - 50% depending on the clients and industry you serve
