- Looking for an experienced professional in KRONOS / UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and / or Workforce Dimensions with core and extended configuration who can work with the team of individuals on day-to-day production support activities.
- Acts as the liaison between KRONOS, Payroll and the IT Departments.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of overall HR Time & Payroll applications including SAP HCM, UKG Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Central time and attendance along with new and latest HR cloud / SaaS applications.
- Must have knowledge of overall integration of HR data to various functions across the organization.
- Work closely with the business teams to gather, collect and deliver HR solutions and work with development and cross-functional teams to make sure that the requirements delivered in time and to accuracy.
- Work closely with Corporate and site HR business teams and assist in day-to-day business operations.
- Key daily tasks include monitoring the ticketing queues, resolving and closing the tickets on timely manner that include troubleshooting, providing standard and alternative solutions. Should also work on HR year-end activities, minor enhancements and testing.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts; identifies defects and works to a resolution with the Developers and business teams
- Communicate effectively across various teams, internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Work with IT and cross-functional teams across the organization to support the assigned projects and tasks related to HR/Payroll.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology or related field is required
- 7+ years of functional and configuring experience in UKG workforce central and / or Dimensions is required.
- Thorough knowledge of interface integrations is needed, and good understanding of union contracts / pay practices preferred.
- Setting up Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Work Rules, Pay Rules, Holiday schedules, Attendance, Hyperfind Queries, Navigators, Pay Policies, Device Manager and Interface Tables in the TimeKeeping system are required.
- Ability to work closely with the HR and Payroll Business leads, IT functional and development teams and ensure assigned tasks completed in time and to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with other groups within the delivery organization
- Good understanding of HR employee pay data for reporting purposes and any Integration experience with SAP HR / Payroll is preferred.
