Job DescriptionDay-to-day:A regional title company is looking for a Senior Escrow Officer to join their team on-site in Kyle, Texas. The Escrow Officer will support the resale team drive business and bring in customers. The ideal candidate will bring their own book of business and clients, and open, balance and prepare files for disbursement and close escrow files as well as coordinate with sellers, buyers, lenders, and realtors throughout the closing process. Primary responsibilities will include preparing documents, clearing titles, ordering payoff statements, or other documentation as needed, and preparation for disbursing funds for transactions. The Escrow Officer must also determine what requirements are needed to complete a transaction and ensure that all parties have properly signed and filed the necessary closing documents.This is a permanent position that pays based on experience.
