job detailsjob summary:Job Description: IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of IT systems, and the ability to troubleshoot various hardware and software issues.Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and Teams, ensuring timely and effective support for all incoming and outbound inquiries.

Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to log and track issues and service requests.

Manage Active Directory, including user account creation, password resets, and group management.

Troubleshoot and set up various devices, including network and local printers, document and handheld scanners, label printers, and network drives.

Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 systems.

Assist with basic networking issues, including connectivity problems and network drive mapping.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of IT support experience, with a focus on customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and ITSM platforms.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.

strong troubleshooting skills for printers, scanners, and network drives.

Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
