- Track repairs/status of hardware units
- Communicate with design engineers regarding failures/potential improvements
- Interface with external manufacturing partner
- Good general electronics knowledge – board assemblies include baseband, RF, Power Supply circuits
- Additional background in RF is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
