They will beresponsible for maintaining Outreach laboratory supplies, distribution to laboratory clients, and coordinating variousoffice tasks.ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers all calls coming into the laboratory and directs the caller to the correct person or department if they

are unable to service the caller.

Maintains laboratory supplies for Outreach Lab Customers. Orders as needed and pulls supplies for Client

requests.

Maintains employee binders.

Runs and resolves various reports for multiple areas of the Laboratory.

Acts as the mail room distributor for the lab.

Makes flyers, training sheets, and additional communication materials as needed.

Keeps up with the employee phone list and departmental phone list.

Edits and corrects billing information to ensure accurate billing process

Communicate test results, fax reporting, process verbal orders and contact customers related billing or

testing question.

Follow up with patients or customers for any samples/tests in questions.

QualificationsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GEDJob related experience is requiredPay Range$14.08 - $19.36 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
