Landscape Foreman $23-$26 per hour,

Crimson Landscape is all about crafting unique outdoor spaces. We're on the hunt for a skilled Landscape Foreman to take charge of our landscape installation projects. No need for a CDL or a degree, just a passion for creating beautiful outdoor settings! We are not a boring mow company. Bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

-at least 2-years of crew leader experience installing complete landscape projects and/or irrigation systems

-valid State of Texas Drivers License, and be insurable,

-work between 7AM-5PM Monday through Friday, generally off by 4:15

-work in all weather conditions

-lift 70-lbs

-speak English, Spanish is a bonus

-Prefer candidate that lives within 30-minutes of our office.

-experience driving a truck with trailer

-CDL NOT required.

Duties

-Manage team of 4 to 5 personnel

-Must be able to operate skid steer, trencher and mini excavator.

-Must effectively communicate with client(s), team members and be able to read plans/drawings

-Must train new personnel on performance and safety standards

-Drive truck with trailer as needed to support operations

-Pickup, deliver and unload materials as needed to support operations

-Manage assigned truck, equipment and personnel.

-Good attendance is required.
