Job Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Chief to lead crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality work. If you’re skilled in landscape maintenance and love working with a team, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage landscape maintenance crews on job sites.

Plan schedules and ensure efficient, high-quality work.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.

Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.

Build client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.

Promote safety and train crew members.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance – required.

Leadership experience with hands-on equipment skills.

Organized, dependable, and great with clients.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) or irrigation certification.
