As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the exciting area of Sustainability. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.You will report directly to our Director, Sales STS America’s and you’ll work out of either our Rosemont, IL or Houston, TX location on a Remote work schedule.In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts in the power, steel and cement verticals helping to drive our carbon capture solutions to effectively reduce their carbon footprint. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop and close opportunities to customers in the Power, Steel and Cement verticals, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Identify new business opportunities with both existing and new accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
WE VALUE
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
Preferred experience in gas processing, power, steel or cement verticals or the refining and petrochemicals sectors.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
