We strive to earn and maintain our clients’ and the public’s trust by constantly adhering to the highest ethical standards and making a positive impact on the communities we serve.Lead Agile Program Management Coach is a senior-level position responsible for to Scaled Agile/Kanban/Scrum development methodology and partnering with the business, operations, and technology staff to develop and structure requirements for solution delivery. This senior manager will be responsible for developing the end-to-end plan for rolling out Agile methodology across the organization globally, assessing team performance and coaching them with Agile, and ensuring this Agile methodology is followed by all teams for their product development. The individual will be recognized as a senior subject matter expert and policy maker, with the excellent leadership and communication skills required to negotiate internally and with the business, often at a senior level.Responsibilities:

Plan, implement and guide teams in the adoption of Agile software development practices such as writing stories, scrum meetings, sprint and program increment planning, retrospectives, metrics/burndown/velocity, etc.)

Assist with the structuring of projects within JIRA through the usage of initiatives, epics, stories, subtasks, releases, components, etc.

Recommend and provide internal and external training, and coach teams on JIRA and the Agile methodology and scrum practices, regularly assessing the Agile and Scrum maturity of the teams through retrospectives, metrics, and coach the team to higher levels of maturity

Provide leadership and input during project lifecycle for select global high-impact projects, often more technical in nature, including the formulation and definition of systems scope, priorities, and necessary system enhancements

Provide staff leadership for a team of Agile Coaches

Responsible for driving agile program management structure creation and implementation

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

10+ years’ experience executing the Agile software development methodology, operating in the role of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner

5+ years and expert-level knowledge of JIRA

5+ years’ experience designing, planning, and implementing a transformation to Agile methodology for a global organization.

10+ years’ experience acting in the role of Agile and Scrum Coach for multiple globally dispersed teams

Demonstrated experience leading teams of Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Agile Coaches

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Agile Certified Coach, or similar certification

Experience working with Technology project team members and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence decisions

Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred
