Lead Automation Test Engineer

Who are we looking for?Lead Automation Test Engineer with strong QA background and deep automation skills and thought leadership.Technical Skills:

• 10+ Years of Experience in Automation using Java, Selenium automation framework
• Should be able to own and lead a production support and maintenance team
• Very strong development experience in Java.

• Must have hands on experience in Sauce labs, Selenium, Cucumber and Java, SOA Test Scripts, Splunk, API Testing

• Good experience in JavaScript is plus.
• Good to have hands on experience in .Net Core, Angular, and SQL Server
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Agile testing
• Exposure to TDD, BDD using Cucumber, Gherkins is a plus.
• Must possess good design thinking, technical problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to guide and mentor the project team in technical aspects

• Thorough understanding of agile development methodology
• Very strong in applying design patterns and practices.
• Automated Testing skills.
• Very good experience in Test Driven Development.
• Exposure in handling offshore team model and willingness to manage an offshore team.

• Strong technical leadership skills to mentor and manage a team in offshore.
• Team player rather than an individual contributor
• At least 2 years of experience including.
• Able to work in Scrum model at offshore
• able to work directly with customer stakeholders
• able to communicate clearly in oral and writing
• identify risks, plan mitigation
• escalate on time to customers and leaders
• good in prioritizing work and time management
• good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box
