#HRJOBSAbout this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead HR Business Resiliency Coordinator (BRC) (Lead Business Accountability Consultant) in Human Resources (HR) to join our team as part of HR Business Risk Management functions within the HR Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Team!This role will report to the HR Resiliency Leader and provide support for the enterprise Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery Program focused on the execution against enterprise and HR policy/methodology and implementation of HR designated LOB Business Continuity Plans.The role will support execution against program requirements and will support documentation, maintenance, and exercise activities of HR BCP's including input and maintenance of data integrity into the BCP system of record and required testing.In this role, you will:

Provide hands-on plan support to the HR lines of businesses and partners to maintain program requirements as defined by the Enterprise BCP Policy and the HR Resiliency Leader.

Interact closely with several teams, including, but not limited to: HR Business Risk Management Leaders and partners, senior leaders within HR businesses, HR Business Resiliency Managers and Functional Managers, HR Resiliency Officer/Business Resiliency Coordinators, Enterprise BCP, and the HR Resiliency Leader - and other partners that support risk management functions.

BRC will work in a dyad with HR Resiliency Officer in alignment with business plan inventory, building a strong business relationship that focuses on plan quality.

Facilitate analysis and consistent interpretation of policy to make risk-based recommendations for implementation, reporting, gap analysis and remediation, risk acceptance, etc. associated with HR BCP's and program methodology.

Execute business continuity activities required by the HR businesses, including proactive management of plan documentation, deliverables, emerging risks, to ensure that they are appropriately measured, documented, managed, mitigated, and controlled.

Coordinate, facilitate, and conduct Enterprise and HR BCP Exercise & Maintenance requirements including required testing activities.

Report and escalate BCP status and risk-related concerns when appropriate to HR Resiliency Officer and Resiliency Leader regarding issues, concerns, and unmitigated risks.

Provide subject-matter-expert input in the periodic evaluation of compliance with BCP Policy requirements.

Assist with the review of in-depth and detailed review of policy and methodology changes and share perspectives across the HR BCP Team

Be a subject-matter-expert associated with Enterprise BCP policies, guidebooks/guidelines, HR BCP methodology etc. and assist with the creation and review of training and/or job aid materials for the HR BCP Community

Assist with other BCP-related special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of broad-based risk management experience , with a focus on Business Continuity Planning (BCP) including performing functional exercises, validations, quality reviews, and reporting procedures.

5+ years of Project Management and/or relevant implementation experience.

Change Management - Adept at managing changes and working in a very dynamic environment.

Strong preference to have a professional certification such as MBCP/CBCP , or similar, obtained through Disaster Recovery International (DRI) , or analogous highly preferred.

Experience with BCP System of Record (ORS) and BCP reporting system (BCP Central) with experience creating ad hoc and recurring reporting to support plan inventory needs.

Well-developed organizational, leadership and critical/strategic thinking capabilities with a well-honed ability to multi-task, balancing competing priorities and completing deliverables accurately and on time.

Demonstrated BCP methodology knowledge with the ability to take initiative to research issues.

Self-directed and able to execute deliverables accurately and on time.

Experience conducting project meetings, presentations, and status reporting.

Experience building effective business partnerships with all levels of organization.

Advanced Microsoft (MS) Office skills (especially advanced Excel skills to include importing, exporting, and manipulating data).
