Title: Quality Business AnalystLocation: Pittsburgh PA , or Dallas TX Hubs onlyJob Duration – 6 Months contract to hire Job Summary:The main function is to analyze science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.Job Responsibilities: Advise clients on requirements for the organization and translate those to programmers and developers. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation. Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs. Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations. Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.Required Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time. Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Strong knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models. Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. 8 + years experience required.Candidate Technical and skills profile: 7 years of IT experience Requirement Gathering Software Testing - Automation and Manual Lending background with understanding of Market conditions, Credit Decisioning etc. Preparing compliance reports needed by regulatory authorities.Key responsibilities:1) Able to perform Use case Modelling , Use case specification.2) Able to work with workflows and BPM tools like Flowable, camunda etc3) Ability to create visual representations of complex business process.4) Ability to understand SOX , Compliance requirements5) Ability in creating artifacts Business Technology roadmap.6) Perform Manual / Automation testing using various tools.Must have technical skills/experience (8-9 skills, and provide specific versions)FlowableCamundaSOAP UI - SMDP and SMPEDrools - Business RulesSeleniumCucumberJiraSplunkOpen API 3.0Flex Skills:SOX and Compliance ReportingCredit Decisioning EngineSoft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:Good CommunicatorTeamworkCreative problem SolverYears of experience: 7 + YearsPlease apply to the above mentioned job if you have the matching skill and experience and one of our team members will get in touch with you.
