We’re a new residential cleaning brand in Frisco and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on builder role where you’ll help to establish the way we operate end-to-end. As we grow, you’ll train new hires and step into a leadership/field manager track.

What you’ll do

- Deliver top-tier residential cleans (ongoing, deep cleans, move-in/move-out) that meets 5-star review criteria.

- Train the founder and new cleaners and set standards for best practices

- Communicate professionally with customers—confirm scope on arrival, set expectations, and gather feedback before leaving.

- Manage your daily route: drive safely between jobs, arrive on time, and keep schedules on track.

- Help to coordinate schedules and assignments to optimize team efficiency

Preferred qualifications

- 2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience. Experience in leading a team is a plus.

- Professional and positive with the ability to communicate clearly with customers

- Detail oriented and able to follow and develop process

- Leadership mentality as you will help to grow the business, set standards, and assist in hiring new staff

- Must be extremely reliable as this position will be key to the start of the business and executing outside of cleaning services as well

Role Criteria:

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Must be able to read and speak English. Bi-lingual in Spanish a big plus

- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and provide references

- Must have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance

- Must have a reliable vehicle

- Preferably live in Frisco or an adjoining area

- Available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5pm

- Ability to work around pets

- Able to lift up to 25lbs or more as needed
