Lead Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dallas for a 328 unit apartment community. This is a great opportunity to take charge of a maintenance department while enjoying a supportive company.

Competitive pay - $26-$32

Requirements:

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Certifications REQUIRED (HVAC, EPA, CPO, or related)

Prior experience in apartment/community maintenance leadership on a class C community

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance

Must have strong plumbing and HVAC skills.

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

On Call required

Duties Include:

Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations

Managing work orders and preventative maintenance schedules

Supervising and mentoring maintenance staff

Ensuring safety compliance and maintaining property standards
