As an

Integration Engineer-Lead in the Technical Delivery organization, the ideal candidate will become part of the Middleware Integration team responsible for the complete Integration solutions design, Implementation, and maintenance of APIs and middleware services at RNDC. This includes, but is not limited to, planning, designing, implementation, maintenance coordination, configuration (both pre and post), and management of Applications and Middleware services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
  • Participate in requirement-gathering discussions with business applications users to derive Integration requirements.
  • Leads Middleware Integration projects across different on-premise and cloud applications, designing and delivering end to end Integration solutions using any leading integration iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Software AG webMethods
  • Ensures strict adherence to Software Development Life Cycle principles by aligning with Agile and DevOps methodology, security, and compliance
  • Experience with implementing best practices and framework solutions using any iPaaS integrations products
  • Experience with implementing end to end File transfer solutions using GoAnywhere MFT platform
  • Ability to perform unit testing and support integration, regression, and performance testing activities
  • Experience with deployment of Integration artifacts using GitHub and CI/CD pipeline
  • Monitor Middleware platform Integration issues and take corrective actions to resolve any Incidents and service requests
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with other team members, clients (application developers) and vendors (other technology teams). Creating regular status reports is one form of communication used.
  • Develop and support EDI Applications

Education, Computer Skills and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of Middleware Integration development and support experience using any of the leading iPaaS Platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi and Software AG webMethods
  • Working experience in related skills such as Java, SOAP/REST services, JMS, GoAnywhere, Integration iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint platform, Dell Boomi, Software AG webmethods, Oracle Database, Soap UI, GitHub, Service Now
  • Ability to lead and manage large scale implementation projects
  • Solid understanding of API life cycle management and hands on experience with API-Led Architecture
  • Experience with GitHub and CI/CD skills
  • Experience with implementing logging using log4j2 framework and error handling for various Integration patterns
  • Linux OS experience preferred, Strong scripting ability
  • Oracle and basic SQL skills
  • Domain experience of Order2Cash, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, conducive to team development, work under own initiative
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Experience with TIBCO Business Connect (BC), TIBCO Business Works (BW) and EMS.

Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience with any of the leading iPaaS Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint platform, Dell Boomi, and Software AG webMethods
  • Prior experience with leading large-scale implementation projects for enabling A2A and B2B integrations between on-premise and cloud applications
  • Prior experience with implementing integration solutions using publish/Subscribe and JMS-based messaging patterns
  • Networking experience (TCP/IP, Database Connectivity (JDBC, ODBC, etc.)) in Java to database connectivity environments preferred
  • Prior experience with any of the leading MFT tools such as GoAnywhere is a plus
  • Prior Experience with enterprise logging tools such as Splunk
