You will manage prep lists, coordinate with other prep cooks, and ensure that the kitchen stays organized and efficient.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and portion ingredients for the sandwich station, sides, and ready-made entrees.

- Oversee braising and roasting of meats and vegetables to ensure quality and consistency.

- Manage prep lists and delegate tasks to other prep cooks.

- Maintain an organized and clean prep area in accordance with health and safety standards.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Assist in inventory management and ordering as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a prep cook with leadership responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of prep lists, portioning, and kitchen organization.

- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Availability for morning shifts and weekends.
