Lead Quality Engineer Austin TX - Onsite 12 months contract Must have Hands on Experience with Python programming. 4+/7+ years' experience in Software Development / Testing with Strong business analytical skills to understand the critical business flows for an application. Experience in designing and development Test Automation Framework from scratch using Python, Selenium. Should be familiar with any BDD framework. Must have proven expertise through extensive work experience in test automation scripting and strong debugging skills. Must have strong analytics, reporting skills and ability to communicate risks and issues effectively and timely. Should be familiar with design patterns and participate in architecture discussions with the development team. Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins/Kubernetes/docker Experience in Functional & integration testing. Good experience in Agile Methodology, standard testing techniques and principles Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
