- Experience in E2E SAP test automation either using Worksoft Certify or TOSCA
- Prior hands-on experience in SAP TCoE implementation experience
- Hands-on experience in designing SAP manual scripts, Test strategies, Test Plans, Testing readiness, and test execution
- Implementation of QA best practices and industry standards
- Experience Test Data Readiness approach
- Exposure and testing experience in S/4 migration
- Experience in HP ALM
- Exposure to BPCA execution and results.
- Strong SAP functional testing experience & Project Management
- Good communication, documentation & presentation skills.
- Good Project Management skills and experience in building Test management & reporting dashboards.
- Experience in onsite/offshore delivery model
- Stakeholder management, result, solution & process oriented
- Exposure to the requirement traceability matrix
- Experience in defect management and centralized test repository maintenance.
