Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Lead / Senior Supplier Program Manager (Level 3/4) to join our Training, Risk and Compliance team.In this role the selected candidate will take on complex compliance challenges providing solutions that enable our organization to mitigate compliance risks and minimize disruption to our supply base operations. Candidates should have diverse experience working through various projects of high complexity such as developing implementation plans for new regulatory requirements, identifying and evaluating compliance risk, developing and managing risk mitigation plans to name a few. The team will be supporting all business units within Boeing Global Services including aftermarket support for commercial aircraft, defense products, modifications, repairs, freighter conversions, and distribution services. Maintaining a high degree of organization, vast regulatory knoweldge, sense of urgency, and passion for compliance and risk mitigation will also make a candidate successful in this position.Position ResponsibilitiesDuties will include (but are not limited to):
Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
Conducts and guides supplier assessments
Develops current and projected work statement
Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Develops and executes work movement plans
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future . (The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):
Ability to communicate orally and written complex situations clearly and concisely
3+ years experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects
3+ years experience with risk identification and mitigation plans
3+ years experience following company, state, federal and/or International compliance regulations?
3+ years experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):
Ability to communicate orally and written complex situations clearly and concisely
5+ years experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects
5+ years experience with risk identification and mitigation plans
5+ years experience following company, state, federal and/or International compliance regulations?
5+ years experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
Bachelors and/or masters in applicable field
PMP Certification
Experience with FAA Regulations
Experience with DFAR Regulations
