- Play a key role in hiring and retaining top QA talent to join your growing team
- Take ownership of architecting and executing test automation strategies for all software products
- Take a hands-on approach to carrying out QA automation testing
- Collaborate with other internal technical teams to locate and resolve roadblocks
What you need to succeed:- 8+ years of software quality assurance engineering experience
- Extensive hands-on QA automation experience (Selenium Webdriver, scripting)
- 3+ years of technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Proven ability to identify and remove bottlenecks throughout the STLC
- Strong communication and collaboration experience
- BA in Computer Science or closely related field of study
