Hiring FT/PT assistant teachers, floaters, Lead Two's Teacher and Lead Toddler teacher.

A Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for toddlers , focusing on their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and collaborating with parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

Planning, organizing, and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of two-year-old's.

Classroom Management:

Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observation and Assessment:

Observing and assessing children's development, progress, and learning styles, and using this information to guide instruction and adjust activities.

Positive Relationships:

Fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to build a supportive learning community.

Communication:

Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress, development, and any concerns or needs.

Childcare:

Providing basic care needs such as diaper changing, feeding, and clothing.

Positive Guidance:

Utilizing positive guidance strategies to promote social and emotional development and address challenging behaviors.

Professional Development:

Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other teachers and staff to implement the program's curriculum and goals.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment that complies with all relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

-A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred, but not required.

-Previous experience working with toddlers or two year old's is required.

-Strong understanding of child development.

-Patient, kind, and nurturing.

-Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

-First aid/CPR certified.

-Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 30 lbs.

-Must be able to pass a local and federal background check.
