Leasing Agent

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team at Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons in Garland. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in property leasing activities, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with prospective renters.

Duties:

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features.

Manage the leasing process from application through to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed.

Maintain knowledge of local housing laws and regulations

Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

Collaborate with management to address maintenance issues and ensure properties are well-maintained.

Utilize property management software such as OneSite.

Perform administrative tasks including record keeping, lease documentation, and reporting.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.

Skills:

Strong understanding of property leasing processes and property management in a plus.

Knowledge of relevant laws related to housing and tenant rights.

Excellent conflict management skills to address tenant concerns effectively.

Proficient in using OneSite software.

Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and tenants.

Proven sales skills to effectively market properties and close leases.

Strong administrative capabilities to manage documentation and maintain organized records.

$20/hr Base Rate + Excellent Bonus Potential + Great Benefits + 50% Rent Discount
