Leasing Consultant

The Bridgemoor at DeSoto is senior living community. We are looking for a Full-time leasing consultant who will be responsible for providing a great experience to our senior residents and effectively market and lease apartments. You will work closely with your team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention goals. The ideal candidate will come with excellent communication skills, a strong sales & marketing mentality and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and tour prospective residents

Answer phone and email inquiries

Prepare and process lease applications

Assist with marketing and community events

Provide excellent customer service to residents

Requirements:

Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude
