Leasing Consultant Wanted for Immediate Hire!

We are looking to hire a full-time leasing specialist. We would like a candidate who:

- Has previous experience of 2+ years as an apartment leasing agent. A candidate who is Bi-lingual is strongly preferred.

- Has excellent sales and leasing history, strong marketing skills, customer service skills, work ethics and computer skills.

- Can work as a part of a team to achieve leasing goals (as set by management) with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

- Has experience with applicable property management software such as Blue Moon, and OneSite.
