Description: We are Lockheed Martin Work with Country Sustainment Managers, Program Managers, Trade Compliance, Global Logistics, specific IPT's (Scheduling/ Finance/ Traffic/ Exportability/ Chemicals/ Security) to ensure dynamic inputs required for Licensing are on schedule (per iPLAN). Address unique challenges requiring innovative solutions and document process so that they may serve as precedent for future decisions. Participate in the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Global Asset Management work process flows and associated outputs/metrics. Develop and Monitor Licensing submittals, IMS/IMP (Master Schedule/Master Plan), and deployment plans to achieve program success and apply/advise status while working to resolve hurdles with appropriate team/individual. Proactively advice Project and Program Managers regarding late-to-need requests and potential impacts depending on request/input. Perform project management tasking for assigned work and lead activities to manage input requirements in order to meet customer expectations/ schedule commitments. Develop and maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of Internal deliverables identifying pain points/gaps within processes and resolve (if within ability) or elevate for action while maintaining visibility throughout. Review Current and expired license files to ensure “early notification” for renewals and closure. Interface with appropriate Import/Export Control (IEC), International Trade Compliance (ITC) and others to assess and resolve authorization constraints (blocked shipments). Provide progress reviews/visibility on supportability for planned tasksMust be a US citizen.
