Looking For HandyMan and Construction Contractors

Property management company on the island is in need of a few people who can run maintenance tickets. Lock changes, clogged kitchen sinks, regular maintenance issues etc.

We are also looking for licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC.

We currently have 3 construction projects that will need make-ready services, including subfloor repair, flooring installation, deck repairs, interior and exterior painting, and roofing.

We are ALSO looking for a tree trimming company that can clean up large oak trees and palm trees.

We do not charge extra to our contractors. If work is completed and invoices are submitted by Thursday morning, you will get paid the next day. Easy company to work with; we just need some dependable people we can call on.
