Genuent is hiring a M365 Technical Lead/Architect for our direct client. Qualified candidates should send their resume (Word format) to Nate Ackerman at . M365 Technical Development Lead/ArchitectContract-to-Hire Summary:Responsible for the technical quality of the development in M365 (SharePoint, One Drive, O365, etc.). Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain best practices and technical standards for M365 technologies
- Ensure technical documentation (everything after architectural blueprint) is complete and up to date, whether by completing it or reviewing it if other parties originate them
- Liaise with development team, Enterprise Architecture, management, and vendors to ensure projects are completed to technical standards
- Work with team members to translate functional design and requirements to technical designs that meet acceptance criteria
- Act as a M365 technical SME between internal and external resources, and ensure work complies with standards and as intended
- Internalize knowledge of solution and process to ensure continuity and IP remains in-house
- Work with team members to overcome technical roadblocks and be a point of technical expertise and escalation
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, training as needed to support users and team
- Keep up-to-date with relevant technology and developments and serve as the go-to resource for the applicable area
- Troubleshoot technical issues as a result of POC and test
- Conduct code reviews
- Carry out other technical related duties that may be required
- Technical Lead in an Agile/Product Team environment:
- Serve as a support/consulting resource (not specifically "on the team )
- May be assigned user stories and/or enabling tasks
- Assist developers with identifying optimal solutions, overcoming technical roadblocks, connecting other SME's to solve technical problems as needed
- Attend team ceremonies as needed
- Support the PO in ensuring technical requirements are sufficiently represented in user stories, acceptance criteria, and enabling tasks, as well as identifying task interdependencies
- Over 10 years of experience in IT
- Strong skills in the development of different M365 technologies including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers
