What You'll Be Doing:

Providing Outstanding Service: Be the friendly face that helps customers with all their packing, shipping, printing, and photo needs.

Using Technology: Operate copiers, fax machines, and printers to support customer requests – you'll become an expert with all our tools.

Solving Problems: Whether it’s helping someone print a document, taking a passport photo, or guiding them through shipping options, you’ll be there to offer solutions.

Physical Tasks: You'll assist in moving packages and lifting up to 40 pounds to ensure smooth operations.

Learning and Growing: Stay updated on all our services and offerings, always learning something new to enhance the customer experience.

Maintaining the Store: Keeping the store clean, organized, and safe will be part of your daily routine.

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a can-do attitude, ready to tackle any challenge.

Someone motivated to learn new skills and grow with the company.

Strong computer and tech skills, including using fax machines, copiers, and other electronics.

Dependable and honest, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to lift 40+ pounds safely and assist in handling packages.
