Respond to customer requests regarding mail and courier services.
Efficiently and accurately receive, sort, deliver, pick up, and process all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and all classes of United States Postal Service mail.
Track courier and accountable items such as FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
