Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, etc

Conduct minor building, HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs.

Commercial Maintenance Exp preferred

Maintain inventory of repair supplies and materials.

Bilingual preferred.
