This position supervises and directs the day-to-day activities of labor on assignment at the Client location.Experience:
Daily attendance review of the people assigned to their lines, so they can accommodate personnel based on Experience to be the most productive as possible.
Production Order Follow-Up based on the Shop Order.
Request Maintenance support for Equipment Downtime
Communicate with employers about issues (submit occurrence tickets)
Resolve issues on the line
Ensure people are following policies
Ensure people are using PPE.
Communicate, and escalate any issue to the Shift Production Supervisor.
Training of new Operators.
Skills:
Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer equipment.
Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft software.
Support areas.
Manufacturing areas.
Education:
High school completed or truncated.
