Maintenance Person

Looking for a person that is knowledgeable about keeping up with the upkeep of my building. Needs to have experience in electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, tile, roofing, yard. My building needs to be maintenance weekly. I am NOT looking for a company. I want a person that work solo. I am not here to make anybody rich. I pay reasonable. This opportunity is for either a person that has all these experiences and needs extra money. Needs to have some tools. Needs reference.
