Maintenance Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person will assist the Maintenance Manager to keep all machines, equipment, and facility in working order, establishing and supporting maintenance preventive maintenance programs, repairing and replacing machine components as necessary, including motors, bearings, gearboxes, VFD, other electrical systems and any maintenance requirements to keep the machines operating in top condition, and minimize downtime. The person will work closely with other maintenance techs and with the production manager and production department to promote output of product to meet the daily schedule, and to meet customer demands and quality.

SKILLS NEEDED

Previous maintenance experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred

Electrical wiring, motor wiring, install, repairs, replacement, VFD, experience

English and Spanish preferred
