Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance and support.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Oversee the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Manage the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machinery and equipment as needed

Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
