This product line falls under the Surveillance and Networks Systems (SNS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU).This fully remote role is tailored for a highly motivated, well-organized Contracts professional who embraces, thrives, and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.What You Will Do:

Provide sound contract administration to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies

Draft BOEs aligned with contract scope and company policy

Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop business relationships

Partner with Key Program Functions in the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, negotiation, contractual agreements, contracts implementation, as well as general contract administration

Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope

Work closely within cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals, examine, and understand cost structure estimates of labor, material, engineering services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness

Skills and Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Minimum 8 years or equivalent experience in contracts management or similar fields

Strong external customer facing experience

Demonstrated experience in contract administration with an understanding of proposal cost structure, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions

Demonstrated business acumen with ability to recognize risk elements in business transactions

Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS and related government regulations

Professional presence complemented by outstanding written and verbal communication skills and influencing skills

Team player with strong interpersonal skills working and collaborating effectively within a team environment and with customers to foster trust and cultivate results

Flexible and capable of multi-tasking while delivering timely, high-quality products

Ability to prioritize based on shifting business priorities in a fluid environment

Ability to effectively work in an Integrated Product Team environment

Focus on responsiveness with strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe

Ability to travel domestically to customer and Raytheon sites - 10%

Desired Skills

Juris Doctor or MBA is a plus

Familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements, Intellectual Property, licenses agreements, or teaming agreements

Experience developing and maintaining high performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers

Proficiency and experience working sole source and competitive acquisitions
