Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in Plano, TX reporting to the Sr Director of Talent. The Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition will partner with our corporate teams and lead Corporate Recruitment by attracting and sourcing top talent across the United States. You will have a bias for action, a data-driven mindset, and pursue excellence. You are someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. You have a passion for building relationships and collaborating with others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR partners to understand their talent needs and requirements.

Lead and develop other recruiter(s) to support our hiring efforts and deliver exceptional talent.

Provide regular updates and reports on the progress for corporate searches with key partners and senior leadership.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with our company values and objectives.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current candidate data.

Act as a brand ambassador for Public Storage by providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Manage the negotiation process with candidates, including compensation packages, benefits, and relocation considerations.

Facilitate the offer and acceptance process.

Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to develop innovative recruitment approaches and strategies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding process for new hires.

Continuously assess and improve corporate recruitment, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.

CompensationBase Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may also be eligible to participate in a quarterly incentive plan of up to $5000 per quarter. Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager.

Experience building and leading corporate talent acquisition and executive recruitment.

Knowledge of trends, competitors, and talent landscape.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and social media platforms.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.

Strong ability to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to make data-driven hiring decisions.

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
