We’re looking for a prolific, talented Demand Generation Manager to join our scrappy Insurtech startup we’re building inside of Procore. In this role, you’ll develop, execute and optimize demand generation strategies across all channels to locate, engage, and convert current Procore customers into qualified leads, building our marketing funnel and driving new customer acquisition for our insurance strategy. As a successful Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the Demand Generation team, aligning directly with the team’s go-to-market strategy.You’ll report to Procore’s Head of Growth, Procore Risk Advisors. This role can be based remotely out of the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:Own the implementation for Demand Generation, creating a comprehensive approach that aligns with company goals and go-to-market strategyBuild and manage best-in-class demand gen programs and optimize the Lead to Opportunity funnelOptimize both outbound and inbound demand generation execution across all marketing and sales channels while managing the demand generation side of the sales and marketing teams to perform against pipeline targetsBuild & improve measurement systems, analytics, and ensure successful technical integrationsEnsure goal alignment with Content Marketing, Event Marketing, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing; partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with go-to-market; work closely with the BDRs to continually refine qualification criteria and sales handoff enablementExecute integrated marketing campaign plans that drive awareness and demand, while testing new engagement strategiesEstablish a marketing systems stack to enable agile, effective marketing performanceLeverage and manage CRM and marketing automation tools (SFDC + Outreach) to measure, track and analyze marketing performanceSet KPIs and partner with RevOps to synchronize marketing and sales systems to deliver centralized dashboards and consolidated reportingWhat we’re looking for:5+ years of proven success leading and scaling the demand generation function at a SaaS startup company; previous track record setting and implementing successful demand gen strategy in experimental, fast-paced startup environmentsProven ability to cater to complex go-to-market structures, spanning multiple tech categories, use cases, and persona segmentsPrevious experience leading the marketing + operations relationship, Outreach.io, Salesforce, and automation systems, as well as with Sales EnablementA love for the startup environment and are willing to figure things outA demonstrated ability to generate qualified pipeline that converts to revenue paired with exceptional knowledge of marketing and sales strategies and tacticsExperience with monitoring KPIs and refining website UX to improve visitor journeys and drive on-site conversions; experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media channels, etc.Construction industry knowledge and/or experience working with/in international teams are desirable
